A handyman is a generalist who has a diverse set of skills at fixing many systems around the house. Not sure if your issue is HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or name your other trade? Try a handyman first! I’ll at least be able to refer you to the correct trade if in the unlikely event I am not able to fix it myself.

A. I provide small home improvement services: primarily providing preventative maintenance and small repairs that are too small for contractors and remodelers to touch!
Check out my page dedicated to what I do here.
You can also check out some of my past projects here.
Some of what I do includes wall hanging, plumbing fixtures, outlet repairs, furniture assembly, curtains and blinds, TV mounting, closet systems, smart home solutions, and more!

A. I don’t do construction, remodels, additions, large finishing projects, structural work, new plumbing or electrical, roofing or siding replacements, mold remediation, fencing or landscaping projects. I’m a small service guy!
-
A. I charge enough to provide you with a 5 star experience and pay myself more than just a minimum wage.
My minimum service call charge is $125. A half day punch list for labor typically works out to $400-$600, and a full day of work is usually $600-$900 for a whole day of service. Hopefully these ranges help to provide an idea of what my clients typically pay for my services.
As you can imagine, as a handyman service it can be difficult to give you a flat price to every kind of service. I do so many different kinds of jobs that it is hard to predict what the next job might be. Check my pricelist for the closest job for reference.
-
A. My minimum trip fee is $125, which is the minimum amount I charge to deliver a premier service experience. Most small one off jobs are covered my the minimum trip fee. Check my pricelist to see if your job would be covered by the minimum trip fee.
-
A. Remote estimates are always FREE! For 95% of jobs I can give you a ballpark price, compared to similar projects I’ve done and based off pictures you send me. CLICK HERE to get started!
Wanting an in-person quote? As a small one-man-show, my time is valuable. In-person consultations start at $125 which is the same as my minimum trip fee charge. However, most work we do can be accurately quoted just based off pictures!
Whichever option works best for you, you can let us know HERE!

A. While every home improvement and repair causes some level of dirt and debris, I will appropriately prepare my work area to protect your belongings as well as clean up any mess I make. When I leave, you should never know I was there.
-
A. I’m not. I provide you with detailed quotes in a timely manner. I show up on time. I give advanced notice if rescheduling is required, and I deliver attentive service to your home. I charge enough to truly care about the results and not have to worry about hustling to the next job site to make ends meet.
-
A. I require a 50% scheduling deposit to ensure that you have a priority on my schedule and to pay for materials for your project. While I cannot guarantee that life won’t happen for you or for myself and things might need to be rescheduled, I want you to be sure that you’re a priority. Buy in avoids flippant scheduling, keeps me on time, and if you pay with credit card, it’s no risk to you!
